ALL VIOLATIONS HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED EXCEPT FOR THE REPAIR OF THE WALK-IN COOLER. THE WALK-IN COOLER REQUIRES AN ADDITIONAL PART THAT WILL NOT ARRIVE UNTIL NOV. 21 (CONFIRMED WITH THE TECHNICIAN). WHILE THE WALK-IN COOLER IS DOWN, ALL TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE FOOD ITEMS WILL BE HELD IN FREEZERS OR THE TRUE COOLER ON SITE. THERE IS ENOUGH COLD HOLDING EQUIPMENT TO KEEP ALL FOOD ITEMS AT PROPER TEMPERATURES.
CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT ONCE THE WALK-IN COOLER HAS BEEN REPAIRED BEFORE DECEMBER 1. |
